Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for its full value, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Item Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear may not be accepted for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.
